Little hidden gem, feels like you stepped into the owner's personal kitchen. Cozy, straightforward food and a great view upstairs. Chicken soup is A+!

In the busy hubbub of Gastown, blink and you'll miss it. I've been looking for a place like this that just covers the basics, and this place does it well. Homemade soup and a sandwich for roughly $10, well you can't really beat that in the mad rush of Vancouver eateries constantly trying to outdo each other. I'm glad I found this place. It boasts the oldest deli in Gastown, and the gentlemen that run it are as nice, and as sweet as they come. Big plus goes to the upstairs eating area where you can look over the harbour, see boats, and watch trains go by! Can't wait to recommend it to my friends looking for easy tasty homestyle lunch eats.

Absolutely the worst roast beef sandwich I've ever had. Dry...looked old and generally disgusting. My wife's Reuben was about the same. Chicken soup was ok though. I just hope we don't get sick.

This is a hidden gem! Love the service and the food. The view on the patio or upstairs is amazing. Love to support local small business. The owners are very kinda and take pride in their food.
